Happy new week, singles! As Valentine’s Day approaches, the world seems to be covered in red roses, candlelit dinners, and endless social media posts about love. It’s easy to feel down, especially if you don’t have someone to celebrate with. Maybe you're wondering when it will be your turn or why love seems to be skipping over you.
But let me remind you of something important—God’s love is the only love that never fails. It is complete, unconditional, and everlasting. While human love can be flawed, inconsistent, or even disappointing, God’s love is always whole, always pure, and always enough.
The truth is, when the time is right, everything will fall into place. Isaiah 60:22 tells us: "When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen." So if you’re feeling lonely, take heart—God’s timing is always perfect. He knows your desires, He sees your heart, and He is preparing the right person for you—someone who will love you completely and wholesomely, just as He intended.
In the meantime, hold on to this promise from Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
So, if you have no one to buy you flowers or whisper sweet words to you this season, remember: God loves you deeply, and His love is all that truly matters. His plans for your life are beautiful, and He has not forgotten you.
Lift your head up, rest in His love, and trust that when the time is right, He will send you the right person. Until then, live, love, and be joyful in the love that will never fail you—God’s love.
