One of my favorite things to do is scroll through Instagram, watching videos of people who built their businesses from scratch and are now thriving. I’m inspired by bloggers, influencers, entrepreneurs—people who are excelling in their fields. Every time I watch their journeys, I feel a spark of admiration and, honestly, a twinge of regret.
Why? Because I wish I had chased my dreams earlier.
Fear steals from you. It cripples you, keeps you stuck in the same spot for years, and before you know it, time has passed, and you have nothing to show for it. Looking back, I realize that fear held me back from pursuing what I truly wanted. I was too worried about failure, too scared of the unknown, too concerned about what others would think.
Don’t get me wrong—I’m genuinely grateful for where I am today. But I can’t help but wonder where I could have been if I had just been bold enough to chase my dreams sooner. Who knows what heights I could’ve reached by now?
But here’s the thing: It’s never too late to start. One of the most liberating decisions I’ve made is to chase my dreams unapologetically from now on. I’ve realized that the worst thing that could happen is a ‘no’ or a failed attempt. And that’s okay. I’ll learn, I’ll grow, and I’ll keep trying until I perfect it.
So, this is my message to you: Chase your dreams unapologetically. Don’t let fear hold you back like it did me. Don’t worry about age, time, or any other barriers you think are in your way. Start where you are, even if it means starting small. Start even if you’re not confident—confidence will grow along the way.
The most important thing is to just get started. Don’t wait for the perfect moment or the perfect plan. Take that first step, no matter how small, and keep moving forward.
At the end of the day, it’s better to look back and say, “I’m glad I tried,” than to wonder, “What if?”
So, what are you waiting for? Chase your dreams—unapologetically. The journey may not be easy, but it will definitely be worth it
