I’ll admit it—I haven’t quite made it to the gym yet! Still working on that. However, I’ve found small, refreshing ways to stay connected to nature every day, and it’s done wonders for my mental health. These are some of my go-to’s:
1. Step outside for fresh air – Just taking a moment to step outside can be a quick reset.
2. Evening walks – I walk for about 30 minutes after work. It’s relaxing, refreshing, and yes, I like to think it counts as exercise!
3. Add a plant to your space – A little greenery on my desk and around my home has a calming effect.
4. Open a window – Simple but effective for fresh air and a connection to the outside world.
These small habits help me feel grounded and renewed. If you give any of these a try, let me know how it goes!
