This year, I made a conscious decision to let go and let God. Instead of striving on my own, I chose to wait on Him—to seek His guidance for my goals and trust Him to lead me in every area of my life.
During this waiting season, I kept asking God for a word to hold onto, and He gave me 2 Corinthians 9:8:
"And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."
That settles it for me. No matter what happens this year, this is God’s word to me, and I’m standing on it.
